After twelve very long days I finally have internet again! I am so thankful I wanted to cry. I know that is silly, but it’s true!
I’ve miss all of you. Near and far. It was like being flung out into Siberia, or the North Pole!
Anyway, the internet is back! Tomorrow I will bring you up to speed on what we have been doing for twelve days and I will be catching up with each of you!

Yippie! We are the very last ones on the phone line. Thus—-our internet is often lousy. Between that , harvest and my pure laziness– I have not been on much either. I’m looking forward to catching up. 😊

The bike trip was amazing, but it’s a lot more tiring than a car… Next time, we might go further, and take the car and trailer instead of Miss Scarlett. The weather’s starting to get properly hot again, and the car has aircon. On the bike, the sun’s directly on you, and the heat beats up from the road. Great for autumn, winter and early spring, unbearable in the height of summer.

That’s what we think when we ride the motorcycle. Although, we draw the line in winter here…only summer, spring and fall. And summer on dirt roads!

Not way out here in the boonies. My little receiver had also burned up. Now I have a new BIGGER one and feel all happy again.

Funny how detached we feel without internet. Then we say, “I must be less dependent. When it comes back on, I will be more careful.” Which lasts about five minutes.

I was concerned with no posts for so long. I’m glad it was only an internet problem. My day usually starts with reading your post and them off to see what Celi has been doing. Smoky said to tell Boomer he’s glad you’re both back too. Blessings.
