We went to another of Blade’s basketball games. Only one more to go and his Freshman year of basketball is over; a very successful year.
We are so lucky they live closer now. Terry and I really, really like the school district that our son-in-law works for. Their whole approach to education is just outstanding!
The girls are thriving! Our son-in-law is thriving, our daughter is thriving, and our grandson is thriving. A mother/grandmother and dad/grandpa can not ask for more. 🙂
He is now old enough to drive.
Gosh, they are so close; yet so far away …. a whole heart away.
Our love for these darling grandchildren bends me under the weight of my heart.
I’m sure each one of you understand this feeling—this feeling of love toward each of your children and grandchildren.
What a joy!
From my world to your heart,
Linda
Grandchildren are a long way off for me, but I can imagine what you describe and I look forward to it.
