Sunday was the last Car Club meeting for the year
Terry and I were late joiners to this delightful fun group of people.
Everyone is so positive; all the talk is about cars or trucks or motors or shows.
Everyone is happy for YOU. It doesn’t matter what kind of car you have, just that you like old cars and want to drive them and be with like-minded people.
The last meeting even had a wee poker run, of which we drew a very poor hand, but had a great time doing it.

It has been. A real break in the every day.

Love old cars and getting a chance to see them up close. Now they get tucked away in garages for the fall and winter days. It’s always a good weather sign when they come back out on the road to show off.

The days are fast coming down when they must be closed up, to be be polished and dusted and cared for until ROAD TIME again!

It really is good to have a group like that (of like minded people) where the talk is positive and about your interest. (Reminds me of our boat club in Florida — we really don’t have anything like that here).

It is good. I really don’t want any other type of thing…too many years of work and all the politics and slander some people dish out. This is just perfect.

The guys really enjoy fixing them up and lots of the women really understand what is happening.
