Mom and I are very tired of winter…Very.
I want to go out and about checking on my friends out on the farm. Although, Mom keeps telling me ‘no more running around and staying gone, Boomer’.
I don’t get why she tells me that I know where I am and what I’m doing.
So…
Mom and I wander around where the mud is starting to dry out, which isn’t very far. And Mom takes photos…mostly of birds.
Not much going on. Pretty much housebound.
Sigh!

Boomer, I completely agree! ‘Leave, Winter, Leave’! Hopefully we can both get out soon without walking through mud.

Dear Boomer, If there was a way for you to come and live with us for a month or two…or maybe even just a couple of weeks, you would know what winter can be really like! And I think you would greatly appreciate your version of winter, where you can actually see the ground! Be thankful for the winter you have and be grateful that it’s not a lot worse. Be patient Boom…..Spring will definitely be coming….and to YOU long before us! 🙂

Boomer, I know ~ but spring isn’t far off! You can hang in there just a little while longer – then just think of all the flowers and smells that will be out!
