I was walking back from the smallest field, where Terry and I were working yesterday, when I came across a rock in the shape of a heart
O! THE JOY! A Heart Rock!
Then I noticed the rock next to the heart—-ah! I see! I thought. Once just an odd-shaped rock, now suddenly a different one..full of love.
Driving home Friday from the District Basketball tournament, just chilling there in the sky was a beautiful Sundog.
In three days—which is Monday we are to see a cool down to colder weather.
Ah, well! It ’tis March. I would rather have the Lion March at the first of the month, than the last of the month.
From my world to your heart,
Linda
I agree with you — I much prefer that March come in like a lion rather than go out like one. Unfortunately (?) today is a beautiful Spring-like day on the Plateau here in Tennessee.

Better. Some. Sure has been a haul. Had an abscess which they are treating but not going away. I know you understand.

Honey. Hush. I wish I could say I didn’t understand but, sadly…I know too well.
One of the things that helped me heal fast and get rid of that nasty bacteria was filling up with anti-bacterial/anti-viral foods. I drank a LOT of organic bone broth with raw garlic & onions, ginger tea, turmeric tea, moringa tea, honey in my teas, pineapple, pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar, coconut milk yogurt… I tried some horseradish but, LAWD! Watered my eyes. I guess it works but, I couldn’t use much of it. I’ve never tried oregano oil but, I understand it is really good. Fermented foods help, too.
I hope you heal fast. It is no fun.

After my bad reaction to my penicillin drug, I went the “food” way. I didn’t have much choice. I love yogurt but, milk yogurt is pasteurized. Heating milk just destroys all the beneficial enzymes and warps the proteins. I don’t drink milk. Haven’t in many, many years. And, I only consume raw milk cheeses.
I am an organic nut so, most everything I consume is organic.
Keep me posted. WELCOME.
