Today, Monday, Terry goes in for a hernia operation.
It will be good to get this hernia fixed
It’s an in-and-out operation, so I should be back tomorrow.
But, just in case I’m not

The Husband had a double hernia repaired a few years ago. They fixed it with Teflon mesh, using keyhole surgery. He says it was pretty painless, the discomfort was no worse than the pain before. Not keen on the idea of the Teflon left inside, but if it fixes it, well, small price to pay [shrug]. I hope Terry has as swift and painless a recovery. Hugs xxx

Good luck to Terry. He will have to take it pretty easy after the surgery for a while. That will be tough. My friend had hernia surgery last year. He did fine with it and barely remembers having a hernia anymore. We’ll say an extra prayer for Terry’s quick and complete recovery. xoxo

Terry is doing better, in the sense the hernia is gone, but having lots of pain. We got home at 4:30 pm Monday after a very long day starting at 9:30 a.m.
