Every Morning is the Promise of a New Day of Possibilities

The sunrise over the fields made me realize…. life really is good.

  • That freezing weather is perfect for getting rid of bugs for next year’s crops.
  • The snow came first, and it was a wet snow.
  • This snow is a really good insulating blanket protecting our plants.
  • There is water in the mountains, which means water for the crops.

Tallen came to visit us.

Tallen is Grandpa’s Girl! Don’t get me wrong, she loves Grammy,

but she only has eyes for Grandpa!

And…

She brought Odie to visit with her!

(Odie got tired of Monkey trying to chase him so he headed to the top of the towel cupboard in the bathroom.)

So enough of the negative —  it really is a wonderful world!

  1. A wonderful post Linda – you know how to bring sunshine into the world of everyone that reads your blog 🙂 We can always find much to be thankful about can’t we?
Tallen is adorable…..someday I hope one of my boys will give me a grandbaby to snuggle; for now animal babies will have to do!

Have a great weekend. Stay safe & warm.

  2. Every once in a while I have to take a moment and remember how lucky I am to be living in such a beautiful world. There are times when I get so sick of the awful news that goes on and on. Then I get up early and remember how quiet and wonderful it is. We all need that moment.

  3. Glad you are finding the GOOD in all the winter crystals around you! That little Tallen is a whole lot of “good” right there! :0) You are surly blessed to have her so close.
