We had a most gorgeous sunset last night…
Such a beautiful sight to behold.
Tonight after 5:00 I must call this certain number to find out if I have jury duty tomorrow. OH! How I hope I don’t have jury duty, or if I do…I am NOT picked.
I do NOT want to be the judge of someone else’s life. EVER!
I’ve had people judge me, and my life, and even throw stones. I do NOT want to decide the verdict of someone else life…..ever!
Here is a little Irish Proverb, which I like: “When I count my blessings, I COUNT YOU TWICE!”
With much friendship,
Linda
May your jury service be like mine: only get called to attend one day, attend, and get dismissed after one hour!

I did jury duty last year. I wasn’t picked, so it was just a relaxing day and a half of reading, watching TV, and hanging around the courthouse. Are you in or out?

I hope for your sake you are not called! It is something i never wanted to do either. Besides the whole judging thing I find it hard to sit still quietly indoors that long. I LOVE your header! Just yesterday when Alan and I were driving around the Adirondacks I told him how much the little road we were on looked like Wyoming when we went, all golden like that. Thanks for the memories!

People are always so quick to judge, even though they have no real knowledge. Even a court room can’t bring out the real truth, just the truth they want you to know.

Thanks for sharing your gorgeous sunset with us. I was in the jury pool this past winter — and had to call the clerk every Saturday night for three months. Fortunately I wasn’t called.

Stunning sunset. And I’m with you on jury duty. Not sure I’d be very excited to be called up.

Hoping you don’t have to sit on Jury Duty either! I’ve never had to, but I know alot of people who have! Love your sunset pictures. Gosh, it’s getting dark earlier and earlier. May our heavenly archangels protect us all in the encroaching twilight!!! You’re a good one, Linda….keep up the great blog!
