Thank you for the rainbow — i think we are all looking hard to find signs of hope and joy. I keep trying to stop myself from reading/listening to the news. It is not doing me or anyone here in this house any good … but of course I can’t break myself of the lifelong habit of keeping informed.

I’ve stopped reading the news…I did have withdrawal symptoms, but it was worth it. It’s so full of things I want to help with, but cant.
