I requested a letter from Linda at http://prairierunner.wordpress.com/ to participate in this meme. Here are my things that start with R
1. R is for ricochet—what my body looks like after Thanksgiving. I can’t image what this month is going to do for it (sigh)
2. Reader- I am reading three books Right now
3. Rooms that still need to be cleaned before Christmas (3)
4. Roosters-I have two. The other one went to live with a little girl in town
5. Rottweilers-Rock and Balou belong to my daughter Shannon. They are having a great time learning to be country dogs
6. Red grain truck-Terry says the grain truck is Red, I say it is orange
7. Raccoons leave tracks around the farm, in the yard, and down our Road
8. Rain fell for five days, all through the Thanksgiving holiday. I love that the sun is shinning now
9. Raisins are NOT liked by my chickens…whoever heard of a chicken not eating everything
10. Roger is my husband’s brother
If you would like to do this just leave a comment and I’ll be happy to assign you a letter!

Sounds fun…I liked reading yours, but I don’t think I have time right now. Your table is awsome. It’s fun to have a special peace of furiture that means a lot to you (o:

I didn’t think the rain was going to stop on Sunday. Of course then it turned into snow… I’m not sure which is worse!

Neat letter post…I see others doing the alphabet thing but am not sure how it works. Yours was fun to read. So, you have two pet roosters….how do they get along? I used to have a pet rooster. One of these days I will do a post on him. Also, what three books are you reading? Just curious….you can email it to me if you want. I am reading House Made of Dawn by Mammaday (I think that’s his name) He won a Pulitzer prize, but the jury is still out on it for me….I LOVED Neither Wolf Nor Dog which I read two years ago, and this one is much harder to get into than that book, but it IS beautifully written. Neither Wolf Nor Dog is a BIG recommendation, though, if you love Indian books! Take care–
