Good Night, My Friend.

Actually I’m ready for the Winter Solstice when the days start getting longer.  I am a lover of daylight, and find winter’s long nights S.A.D.

  1. I love to be outdoors as long as possible, so the dark, long evenings of winter are difficult for me. I have a “daylight” lamp that I sit with all through the winter to cheer me!

  2. Beautiful photos! A few more days..like ten and we can start to count the minutes! I like sunshine too! We have been so dark and dreary here..and now it is 15 below zero..and it is only 11:30 pm..may get much lower than that overnight..I swear I live in a deepfreeze:)

  3. Hi, well I did rotten at my shows, only sold small stuff. People just looking….I cant really blame them. But all the less to put in the college fund that is coming up way to fast for me. So enough of that sad song… I am trying to get things done for the holiday’s. I am sewing stuff for my employee’s but I am way behind, whats new… Well we are buried in snow this morning and I need to get ready to go to work! Have a great day.

  4. Your morning sky is absolutely gorgeous. We have had one day of sunshine since November. It’s so gray in the North so I loved your photo.
We have less than 9 hours of daylight this time of year and it’s always dark by four so I too can’t wait for the days to start getting longer.
You really live in a wonderland.
