I drove to work today in a snow storm

Goodness! What we have gone from October right into December! And it’s cold too. Very cold. BRRRRRR.
But before the kids left for New York we had a really neat opportunity to get to visit with Daryl from Haf Doz’n Reasons (Kath on my side board)
as he traveled through.

Evan loved talking with Daryl as he used to drive truck and the grandchildren loved the truck!

They were very excited to see there was a bed AND a TV in the truck.

AND “It’s so big, Grammy! Watch me climb!”
Meeting blog friends is special to me. Getting to know each of you has been a real pleasure. You’all come by sometime, you’ll be welcome!
Linda
Brrrrr – looks cold there!!
The truck does look pretty neat!

When I first read the title to your blog I thought it might be in regards to how the department stores are now decorated for Christmas, music and all. How you can’t find Thanksgiving items, hence November skipped over. Than I saw the snow in your neck of the woods, I am simply not mentally prepared for winter.

I saw on the news this morning, that in Denver they were supposed to get a foot of snow!

I hope Daryl got out of there before the storm. Though that kind of weather doesn’t seem to phase him.

How fun. I know Kath ( in a blogger sort of way) have never met in person. We have the big storm right now. Crazy weather. It may be nice enough to actually let the kids go tricker treating.

Sorry about your snow. Cool you get to meet blog friends. Best wishes for the new hubby and wife.
Yeah, we got white stuff falling out of the sky in spirts here. Two inches down in the town uphill from here. But snow on Halloween is a tradition. We just make costumes that fit over a snowsuit.

Although it is beautiful, I sure hope you don’t send it our way. I so love the big trucks. I wish we had one and I’m glad you got to see Daryl. Kath is such an amazing woman.

Sorry about the snow!!! It seems to be piling it on heavy in a LARGE area!!! Suppose to miss us here tho!!
Daryl actually shut down the truck last night in Chadron NE. Seems he may not make it to Utah this week after all.
Boy, his truck is a dirty one!! I thought that yesterday too when I had to retrieve paperwork from it. He ran through rain across the midwest for about a month straight. It was sparkly clean then!!! Still had the ugly red bumper tho! LOL
Daryl had an enjoyable time once again with you, Terry, and meeting your delightful family!!!
No jackets and short sleeves? Now snow and cold? Heart goes out to ya!!

We’ve had some pretty cold weather this fall too, although the last few days have been nice. Glad you got to meet another fellow blog friend. That is really neat!

Love to hear about farm life in Colorado or anywhere for that matter. Used to live in Denver. Here we have had pretty mild for the last few days–in the 50’s. I would like to be a follower.
