That looked like fun and making the best out of the snowy conditions. Remember March is GETTING closer – your snow will be gone and our humidity and storms will also be gone.
I wish more people would contemplate that saying and ponder the meaning attached – “When in Rome, do as the Romans do”.
One more time??? What about our spring blizzards we usually get? I bet there will be more (o: Our ground is covered..but it melted off the streets today.
You sure got some snowman making stuff..Gosh I’ve missed a bunch of your posts and they just showed up in my feed reader tonight. The day you were trimming the lilac looked so spring like. I’d love to try and prune one like that b.t.w. It must be gorgeous in the spring. I’d like to see it leafed out and blooming.
We found one field mouse in the feed can, but other than a few sightings in the summer we haven’t seen any other signs of mice or rats.
I don’t take any precaution other than to clamp the feed lids down tight. Rodents could come in the coop and eat the feed in the feeders, but I don’t see any sign of them.
We have a lot of feral cats, owls and other predators, so maybe they are keeping the rodent population at bay?
Seriously, ya’ll need to get rid of the stuff by next week because I’m just not sure I can do 3 days in a snowy Denver.
You have a lovely family, both kinds.
