Tomorrow it is suppose to leave. Maybe THEN we can get the plowing done!
Our neighbor (just over the way) is loading his cows into the his truck for transport to the spring pastures. He doesn’t herd them, because his spring pastures are about 25 miles away.
These cows have thier own limo service 🙂

I love the look of that sky but you just keep it down there okay! We’ve even been hearing about your weather on television up here today!

That looks like the same clouds that rolled over us and dumped a bunch of snow on Monday. But we wait a while and things change. Today we have sun, sun, sun. Sending it your way with best wishes.

Hi Linda of C
Gee that looks like a really bad storm. Hope it gave you a miss?
Seems that those cows know exactly what is happening and proceeding without any hassle.
I was “gobsmacked” at the audacity of that “duck hunter” at your place.
A few carefully placed rubber shotgun pellets into a part of the anatomy and he’d get the message, that signs mean what they say! As you mentioned in the e-mail, gates have a purpose on farms and ranches.
Great entry as always and informative, hope that you can start the ploughing soon.
Cheers

Those clouds look rough – praying that you all come through unscathed! I think we’re going to get that storm tomorrow or Friday – they’re predicting rain here for the end of the week.

Oh, wow, Linda, those storm clouds are so beautiful! I love watching the clouds and tracking which way the storms are going. I have so many storm pictures that I could fill a couple of albums.
I do hope you can get into the fields soon. The rain and snow we were forecasted did not come. So our farmers are in the field bedding up or spreading fertilizer. Will be time to plant the end of April to first part of May.
Take care—here’s hoping for warm, dry weather. Blessings!

that is one ugly cloud
ours came in on Tuesday at about 3 and it was heavy and wet. Thankfully we didn’t get as much as it said we would (and other areas did) because my poor branches were hanging down to the ground. The wonderful CO sun came out and as it melted their burden the branches popped back up one by one (o:
