The Sunday Stills assignment this week is called Reflections.
We were moving water the other evening (from this field to another field) when I noticed the beautiful sunset reflected in the water (bokeh) off the trash catcher!
The weather is pretty cold here again. I had to light the wood stove back up and keep it full we are so cold. 43* with a wind (always the wind in the spring always) making us 30*.
We supposed to have warmer weather next week, which pleases me. It’s no fun being outside (in water) when its darn cold.
We have two more fields to set water on
Then we should be able to start planting.
Happy Sunday everyone!
Linda

Love the photos. Could you tell the sun to move just a nudge over to the right? Then it would be perfectly aligned…. or I suppose, you could redo the ditch?

I wondered if you’d find some reflections in your now running field water. Good to see and I’m sure there will be sprouts very soon!

Happy Sunday, Linda. Love those sunset photos… WOW–I’d have a hard time working while watching the sun go down in the west… Hope it warms up for you this next week.

Am waiting for our storm right now we are suppose to get tornado type storms but you never know!
It’s suppose to start around 4 to 10 pm right now its 2:20 pm. Still can get on here though which is great. Went to church I even carried the wafers up for others, a first thing for me. We have a small church so didn’t take much we lost alot of people because of a arguement going on with a good friend of ours. Who was a outstanding member for a long time. Family practilly owns part of this church we are trying our hardest to built back up to what it use to be. So we are doing rummage sales and craft sales and what ever we can do to get more members to come.

Pretty cool ! You take a sunset and through in a little reflection and tell about your work and irrigation.

Happy Sunday to you too!! The kids have been enjoying the warmer weather here and are bummed when it cools off again. They are enjoying planting flowers with me….but the weeding they have decided is more difficult and they aren’t fond of it. 🙂
Looks forward to seeing your planting pics. The kids love to see them every year. Thanks again for sharing.
