Aren’t they all amazing!?  My header shows a green bloom…I didn’t know cactus had green blooms!

Thank you, Sheryl, for sharing this really cool experience with me and letting me post to my blog!

  1. Hi Linda, I love to see the cactus blooms this time of year. SO gorgeous!!!! We had a cactus plant when I lived in Florida —and it was so pretty when it bloomed.

Great pictures. I had never seen a green bloom either.

  3. So you like visiting Cemeteries! LOL
I have family buried in the Delta cemetary, Schmaltz’s, I hope to get there again and see there markers. From what I can gather on Ancestry.com the Schmaltz’s have been in that area for a long time.

  4. I’ve seen the yellow Prickly Pear flower, but the pink looks like it’s also some sort of Prickly Pear.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting about my sheep post. We didn’t go to Hotchkiss – I wasn’t even aware of it until you mentioned it. We are just beginning to get involved with sheep and working dog activities. This particular trial was in Castle Rock.
