My first challenge pick was trucks…
I was really lucky. While we were having Fuzzy’s birthday party at the lake this came by
Delta has never had an ice cream truck until this year.
And for my second challenge, this one
I love the reflection on the water!
Have a nice Sunday, everyone!
Linda

What this country needs is more ice cream trucks or not. In my ice cream eating days it was Dreyer’s Rocky Road only bought when it was 2 for 1 and would get at least six half gallons. At check out would say it was for a birthday party. They never believed me.
That reflection picture is soooo good!

I like the shot along the irrigation ditch. The reflection was cut off by water that was rippling. Cool !

Two easy challenges for you today, Linda…. I love seeing the ice cream truck –and I know that KIDS really love it… Haven’t seen one around here in years! BUT–since we don’t have many kids in our area, they probably don’t come here… We do however have a great little Yogurt Shop –which everyone loves to visit!!!!! ha
The reflection photo is awesome…. Love it.
Hugs,

Yep – the “ice cream” vans disappeared here for years, but over the last couple of years, one
has reappeared amidst a lot of bell clanging and nusery rhyme music of a weekend in the
summer months.
I got all carried away with the first sighting, I raced out to buy some ice cream. The most
expensive ice cream I have ever bought. I think a petrol (gas)/road tax was added – ha ha!
I haven’t noticed too many people in my street making any purchases, but it must be economically
viable, otherwise I am sure the driver is not out just for the bell clanging excercise!
Cheers

Weather report: Joy to the World – a big yellow thing is shinning from above, clear blue skies,
colder than when it is raining due to no cloud cover. Queestion is: How long will it last???

My dad had me convinced that when I heard the bells on the ice cream truck….that meant they were out of ice cream 😉 I love the reflection shot.

Love the photos! Before we moved away from town, I am thankful that my children were able to experience the ice cream truck that ran by regularly. My friends that lived out in the country would come to our home at a certain time, just so that their children would have the same experience. It was such a fun time!
