My heart goes out to everyone who was caught in those horrible storms in the mid-west!
I know that there really isn’t much I can say that will help
Know one really understands or even knows what it is like unless they walk in your shoes

Life on a Colorado Farm 
Yes, it’s very sad to see the devastation… Mother Nature can certainly do a lot of damage at times. Too BAD. We had lots of wind and some rain yesterday –but nothing severe here. We did have watches and warnings around here last night –but luckily, nothing bad came… Scary though..

I have a lot of friends and family in Indiana and was getting play-by-play of the conditions when they had electricity. Prayers seemed to work.

Terrible to see your mid-west storms in the USA.
Yesterday evening Mother Nature gave Brisbane and the northern and southern regions a taste of her fury also. Like “Armageddon and the Four Horsemen of the Acopalypse” let loose.
We need rain but not yesterday’s version. Only 30 minutes of mayhem and then out over the Pacific, thankfully no visible damage in my area. Some areas were not so fortunate.
Terrible the wreckage and mystery that storms, typhoons, hurricanes and tornedoes can unleash.

Your picture says a lot. Until you have walked in their shoes you will never know what its like to lose everything. But the amazing thing is that these people conquer the odds and go on. Makes us very thankful we are safe. One never knows when tragedy will strike. Blessings to all those who survived and prayers for their losses. There are always good people who reach to help those in need. I see this in my small community when tragedy strikes. Bless us all !

Yes, I wish the news people would tell more about the country folks damage. One a farm program I was listening to locally this am, max Armstrong, said one hog farmer was telling his barn was tore up and hogs out. He said humane society people should like him, his hogs were free range today. What a hard time finding all the animals and get them in to shelter.
