Something was causing the outside light to come on, several times a night.
Thinking it was probably a stray cat, or raccoon, or even those nasty coyotes I
put a game camera out by the outside light
I’m thinking this might be a porcupine. Although, possibly a large rabbit—-bear? (tee hee), mountain lion, Wolverine? ( 🙂 ) or? 🙂
What do you think?

Maybe a wild pig? Do you have them in your area? Was the ground rooted up? Seems a porcupine would be closer to the ground. Would think there would be more than one. Still a long time reader who enjoys your blog. Who misses Boomer, but smiles reading your Friday tales. Scatter!

As far as I know we don’t have the wild pigs here (yet). I am leaning toward a porcupine, but it doesn’t feel quiet right. I’m glad you are still here, reading with me. I miss that little doggie so much. I still wonder what happened to Mindy…but the two new fur babies help the heart lots. 🙂

If it was Australia I’d say it was a wombat, without hesitation, but clearly it can’t be…

It is a puzzle

Yes I’d say a wombat also but there are no wombats in Colorado, so I reckon
it is a possum – probably carrying a young one in its pouch.

Although, we don’t have possums in Colorado
