Often times the end of the day is a time of peace
All the work is winding down
The day is starting to cool off
The night birds wake up to sing their special songs, and the day birds chirp the last of their melodies.
The gloaming is starting to rise from the land, the crickets raising their voices and the hummingbird moths quickening their search for food.
Peace.
The beautiful, marvelous ending to each and every day.
From my heart to your world,
Linda

Charlee: “Hmm, I think the only night birds we have here are owls.”
Chaplin: “Owls are a little bit too big and scary for us to appreciate. We do like the moths, though!”

Your Russian Sage is beautiful in the evening light! We don’t have as many birds as other years…or butterflies or bees:(

It’s sad isn’t it? My Russian Sage is FULL of honey bees this year. For which I am grateful. I haven’t seen many bumble bees though.
