Flying high and higher and highest still, the Sandhill cranes passed overhead low enough for a photo and loud enough for their calls to be heard.
And a wonderful! Complete! RAINBOW! Sparking the world all washed clean and smelling crisp and new!

Yes! When we stayed in Florida, our little dog (10 lbs) was fascinated by them. She loves larger animals such as donkeys, horses, cows, sheep and sandhill cranes. She wanted to follow the pair that lived near us around. That was a no on that behavior from us!
