I’ve been a tad unbearably tired lately.
There has been so much to do and I sat around way too much this winter, that I’m having a bit of exhaustion.
Oh, well. This will pass as I develop my strength back. And while that is happening–
There is always the sky and the earth to enjoy.

The rule of thumb is – for every one day you rest all day it takes 3 days to get that strength back. So take your time. You rested to heal, so don’t waste that healing by pushing too hard. The work will always be there.

It is overwhelming. Mentally and physically

Healing makes invisible demands on the body, as does pain. This exhaustion is natural. Be kind to yourself.
