Java Bean: “Ayyy, it has been cold here too during the storms! At least by our standards! I have been crawling under the blankets right away at bed time instead of waking Dada up in the middle of the night by scratching at the blanket and asking to come under.”
Lulu: “Dada probably appreciates your letting him sleep through the night.”
Java Bean: “Oh I didn’t say I was letting him sleep through the night.”

The snow came to my house, too! And it’s coming again on Sunday! Yikes. Oh well, I enjoyed a week of not wearing a jacket for my walks. I guess it’ll be sweaters and jackets all over again this weekend.
