Black Canyon

black-canyon

Kath and Daryl   http://hafdozenreasons.blogspot.com/  stopped by on their way home to South Dakota, and I must say what a great time we had.

Terry took us to the Black Canyon; then they came and looked over the farm and the farm equipment.

Terry got to ride in the semi and I got take a peak inside the home-away-from-home a long-distance trucker has.

How much fun to get to meet face to face with friends we have made through this amazing blogging world!

If any of you are coming our way, please stop and visit.

  1. You had company! Blogging company! I would like some too! No one will ever want to come to Minnesota! I did meet Roxane ( Peace Garden Mama) a while back she is awesome. And we have a tentative lunch set up with another blogging gal that blogs locally.
WOW, Black Canyon, looks foreboding, and steep:)

  2. Black Canyon is beautiful! Are you in Colorado?? I been all over, but I long to go to Colorado! I want to visit a sheep farm. I flew two lambs from Loveland once. If Black Canyon is what it looks like in Colorado, when do you want company? lol Glad you met some friends! It would be great to come in a motor home. Oh I am running on. I always say I am going there its on my to do list, before I die!

  3. It looks so different dusted in snow! I also love all the pictures of the views around your farm, although I happen to be partial to Western Colorado. It is, after all, the most beautiful area on earth. 🙂

  4. What a beautiful photo. Just a tiny bit of snow and then the rest so brown. Your colors are so different than ours here.
I would absolutely love to visit you. I’ve been trying to get Mountain Man out to Colorado because I know he’d think it’s great. Only problem is we travel with all of our dogs and my Morgan horse 🙂
