One Thing about Storms

They CAN produce beautiful sunsets!

It’s raining here, but the weather man says we are going to warm up this weekend.  That will be very good.  The farmers are all having trouble with the crops, too much rain (and wind), the ground is still cold, and the irrigation water has been cut back a month too early.

Oh, well…that’s how some years go.

  1. Sorry Linda that the weather just doesn’t seem to be cooperating AT ALL for you.. We have more severe storms coming this way….. SO tired of THIS.. BUT–I can’t complain after seeing the damage in Joplin….

    Love the sunset…

  2. That sunset photo is a beauty. I know how rain at the wrong time puts planting and growing behind. Too bad each farmer couldn’t order rain like they order irrigation water. Our rivers are running extra high so the canals are full, even though the farmers don’t need to irrigate in all this rain.

Oh how I wish we had some storms down here. It’s so stinking dry. I’ve never experienced a drought in my life but this down right is awful 😦
