The Last Day of Work

Friday was my last day at work.

We have a new Director so he asked me if I would be interested in coming in on Friday instead of Monday as my last day of work.

I said SURE!

Today is the start of the rest of my newly retired life!

  1. Be careful—-retired folk are often far more busy than working folks ever dream of being. 🙂 Congratulations! What a milestone and it sounds well deserved.

  3. Hearty cheers! May you get to do all that you wanted to do — and also the art of doing “nothing” – whatever pleases your heart, mind and soul.

  6. Sure you are retired. You are a farmer’s wife. You just got a Bigger More Enhanced Role on the farm. But congratulations on retiring from the town job. I sure hope you don’t wish you had it back!!!
