Yesterday we had a few clouds blow in, gradually over the day parts of Delta County got some much needed rain.
Although it didn’t rain here (we are in desperate need of rain) we did see a lovely storm play across the ‘dobies at the base of Grand Mesa.
Maybe the next storm that blows through will bring the moisture.
I sure hope so.
Linda

Hi Linda, That is exactly what has been happening to us the past month or two… The rains seem to be all around us—yet we don’t get any… THEN–we read about nearby places getting violent weather with hail, etc. —so we say to ourselves that we are glad we didn’t get THAT…
Hope you get some rain soon.
Hugs,
Betsy

we need rain here in Florida too, my kids have been running pumps but that still isn’t the same as a good rain. the son in law has had a pump down in one of the groves and it has been a worry trying to get it back up before he loses fruit. it is running todaay so that is a blessing for him.

I fully understand that timely rain is crucial for your crops. Our annual average rainfall is 14 in. We tend to get it at the right times so we get crops.

We were sure happy to get some moisture this past few days. Over an inch and they’re calling for more. Sure takes the pressure off.

We also need rain although it has been really cool (frosting) in the mornings some moisture would be great.
