Sorry My Internet has been down until just now!
I really don’t know what to say…………… there are now puppies in the family!
YIKES!!!!
Fuzzy and I really do not know what to think about all these…PUPPIES!
OH! Wait! You don’t know. They are NOT my puppies!
NO!
But they aren’t! These two little girls are Treeing Walker Coonhounds.
They belong to our oldest sister’s boyfriend. Since Jason goes to work each day, Lucy and Dotty go to the little kid’s (and Hank Puff’s) house to play and play and play.
Sometimes the kids and their Momma come up and bring the puppies so Fuzzy and I can play with them.
I think you know how Fuzzy and I feel about that!
Fuzzy pretty much hides under the pick-up truck and sleeps, I try to ignore them. BUT I do get concerned they might get more hugs and pets and loves than I do, so I hang out and well…let them get to know me.
Reluctantly…I might add.
It is hot here 97* yesterday…but this is coming!
(Shamelessly stolen from the internet.)
I’m with Mom about winter…give us Spring, Summer, and Fall all year long and we will be happy! That’s why I have a thin coat…I’m not a winter dog at all!!!
Sigh! The PUPPIES are here………….sigh!
I have to go.
Boomer

Boomer just might be a tidge, uhm, jealous?! 😉 Thanks for the smiles.

Boomer, the puppies are cute, but I know how hard it is to keep up with little ones. I think I agree with you and Mom about the weather. I hope you all have a great weekend.

Oh Man! You guys! I’m so sorry! Pickles and I have the same problem here. Except they are here to stay and they are way bigger than we are and Mom gives them ATTENTION! Sometimes she lets those sheeps into the yard and brings those two big idiots in to the yard and we have to stay IN the house! Can you imagine? Awful! Just awful! I tried to put one of them in his place. Once.
Boomer, Fuzzy, for all his complaining, The Gus really would rather be inside than out. And, he gets to go really cool places like to the hay field and the river and The Boys don’t get to go.
Mom has been in the hay field alot. Breaking things. I help.
Stay cool. Watch out for sharp puppy teeth
The Gus.

I’m so proud of you for accepting the puppies. My dogs are so mean to dogs that come visit that we had to quit letting folks bring their dogs around. 😦

Those puppies really do look like you, B. You’re smart to stay alert and watch out for them. If you fall asleep on the job, I predict the puppies will eat all your treats! You look so cute walking through the corn.
Love and licks,
Cupcake

Puppies can be very trying to mature, dignified dogs such as yourself, but think about your readers. We can never get too much puppiness.

Sorry those puppies are stealing all of your luvs, Boomer. I’m sure they adore you, though! Little girls and grandpas go together like chicken and gravy.

Aww Fuzz and Boomer, all the MTWaggin retired crew feels your pain. They said, “Be glad they aren’t staying!” Try to stay cool, this too will pass.

Glad your internet is back, just in time for your post, Boomer. The puppies are awfully cute, they may need you to teach them a thing or two.

I sure do love that snow picture today. I actually cooled down!! The puppies are adorable and glad they are in Colorado instead of Little Mountain Rd, New Castle, VA. Hubby would love them toooooooo much!

Hey, wait a minute there ! Back east they are having some of that cold stuff. I am all for spring and fall. Don’t like the heat. Today its 106 and we have been in triple digits for two weeks. Just trying to save the yard, lawns and chickens. Way too hot ! Fall is my very favorite time. Its as though the earth is slowing down and getting into the resting thing. A feeling of peace and harmony abides in my soul…. Warm to hot is okay but not baking !!!!!
