Who doesn’t like John Denver?
I have ALWAYS like John Denver.
This a poor little Black-Chinned Hummingbird sitting in the rain this weekend…he was just like me…waiting for the sun.

I recently found some great JD records at the thrift store. My kids were skeptical that they would like it but they love John Denver now. He really can cross generations.

Aw, Linda, thanks so much. Sunshine is magical medicine, isn’t it? And I needed that. It was sunny here today, but I didn’t see much of it. Boxes, boxes, boxes!

I feel sorry for that poor hummingbird in the rain, but we could sure use some of that rain here. Enjoy your sunshine.

We have sunshine and 100+ temperatures today. Believe me, I would trade some sun for a little rain. John Denver was too soon gone, but he is a favorite in our house.

The moisture is coming in from the Gulf of Mexico and down from the Oregon area…I don’t understand why it’s missing you…really not a good deal at all.

My husbands Aunt Liz used to sing that to her babies…I can still hear her she had a beautiful voice…she died very young in 1994. Funny how songs stick with you and remind you of someone or sometime. You have a bunch of hummers:) I still have just one:)
