While Terry and I were out putting up the metal fences, and the electric fences around our farm yard, I happened to walk by the sheep trough I have turned into a planter.
There they were…those hardy little pansies, still blooming their little hearts out even though it’s been terribly cold.
It was a delight to see! A touch of summer in the cooling down of late fall.

Pansies like the cool weather. I wish our nurseries here in Minnesota would carry then for fall flowers

They’re tough little things. I’ve seen them blooming in the snow in the UK…

Dear Linda! It’s amazing how strong life really is!! Those are pretty flowers. I’ve seen some sturdy ones blooming here too, I’ll go out and have a look. Thanks for sharing!!
