We are socked in again. The sky is thick with clouds and the scent of snow is live in the air.
Sigh!
My mind, my heart and my soul misses the sun.
Even a tiny sliver of sunrise would be nice.
Or a quick peak at the sun as it vanishes into the night!
Any sunlight would be nice.
Until then…
I’ll know that the mountains are filling up with snow…snow means melt come spring, melt means full reservoirs and water for irrigation! YAY!

Hang in there, my friend, it will return! It is sunny here with some high clouds moving in. To be a beautiful week until Thursday night, then BOOM, back into the deep freeze, just in time for the second Stock Show!! 😦 Rain and freezing rain both Friday and Saturday. Oh well, it is Winter! Would love a “chat” with you in front of your wood stove! So cozy…and with all your fur babies.

Less sun days worries me more than the rising temps – it just feels like we see the sun less often – I wonder where i can find the info to support or displace this feeling. c

It’s been so cold and wet and snowy here that I get up and want to go right back to bed. It’s dark most of the day so I slog through the day. The heat pump runs and runs, blowing cold air and warming little. Time for a hot shower and getting some work done. Hang in there. Winter is going away and soon it will be very warm.
