The earth sings—truly it does
Sometimes the sound is like a cord
Or a warm humming sound
Sometimes the tone is like a gong tolling long and loud and clear
It can be heard in the gusts of wind,
Or in the the swirling falling autumn leaves
Or felt…sometimes the music is sensed in the radiance of the sunlight or moonlight
But always, always bursting into our souls—- if we just stop and listen.
From my world to your heart,
Linda

Yes, songs everywhere ~ especially in your little world full of peace. The deer must be looking for a safe place to hide ~ I’d invite them in! Your photos are beautiful and relay your peaceful world, as always ♡

There is so much beauty to be hard (and seen) “if we would just stop and listen” (and look). Thanks for the marvelous reminder.

The earth sings a different song on the farm than in the city. But if I listen carefully I can hear is a bit. You really make me want to be out on some land again. It feeds the soul.

It does…and the absence of motors and horns and chatter all helps

We do, sometimes life gets in the way, but the stop and listen has a place if we remember.
