Friday night was Delta High Schools Homecoming Game
(they won).
And, most delightfully for us, Terry was asked to bring the corvette down for the parading of the royalty during half-time of the game.
Another special thing, was a very good friend of ours’ son, was the Homecoming King.
What an honor for us, to be asked to drive around the 2019-2010 King and Queen —what a privilege to be there.
Your friend on a western Colorado farm,
Linda

One of the nicest things about living in (or near) a ‘small town’ is the wonderful traditions and celebrations they still enjoy, When I lived in Tiffin, Ohio, nearly the whole town would turn out for the Friday night football games.

Love your car! Same color as the snow we had last night…grrrr Homecoming was always a big thing where I grew up. Did they have a big bonfire, too?

Yes they still do. Not many have them anymore, but they still do here.
