Take one special oven
At least, if not more, 40 sticks
Heat in the oven, one stick at a time
Place in the form
Let cool.
Load up on the four-wheelers and haul to the ditch banks,
TADA!
You can’t have too many.
That is for sure!
Yep…that is what you do, when, and if, you find yourself with some spare time.
Your friend on a western Colorado farm,

It is so interesting to learn about your farming and all the different hard work that is involved! Here in Sweden the summer is slowly turning towards fall and we have been fishing crawfish. Cooked with dill and salt and served with bread, lemon and mayo (and something to drink) they are an autumn tradition here.

Here, in our part of the world, it’s either, dirt ditches, cement ditches, or gated pipe. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

I have my doubts about the amount of ‘spare’ time you have on the farm, but making those tubes is certainly time well-spent.

It sure felt good to get some more tubes out there. Beats having to pack them from spot to spot.

Nice siphon tubes!!! Welp, I hate to inform you that fall has arrived. It was 36 degrees here this morning. Time to put the plow on…
