Although, I must confess I love the gossamer loveliness of the snow
The shadows drifting over the lawn
The thick chunks stuck in the bushes
And the whispy snowballs perched on the tree branches
It’s beautiful! (We just stopped thinking about the harvest—it’s the only way to go forward).

Love the snow, but it’s hard on farmers if they haven’t been able to finish the harvest before the white stuff comes.

Oh dear. I’m sorry. I don’t know how you recoup from this. Take care.

Beautiful!
I love snowy shadows & pluffs on tree branches…
With the temps forcasted for you & I this week, they’ll all be gone.

Such a frustrating year for harvest right across the country! Most of the chopped corn was put in pretty quickly but picking corn is going to be slow going. Here it’s mud slowing things down, but there is a lot of it! Hugs!

Harvest is always such a chore on so many levels. Hope the picking corn gets done soon.

Wow you really got hit with the snow. It is moisture but now you have to wait for it to dry out again to resume corn harvest.

Yes. We really did need this moisture, but the timing was a tad rough. 🙂
