I Love Summer — Sunday, June 23, 2024

I love summer, each and every HOT steaming moment within each day.

I love how the sunsets color the water

And I give Thanks for the ability to see the gift of the sun, the water, and the earth.

Ah!  Summer how I love you!

“I love how summer just wraps its arms around you like a warm blanket.”—Kellie Elmore

From my world to your heart,

Linda

  1. After growing up on a bitterly cold Northern Plains farm where I had my brains frozen out, I love summer, too. We track the solstices with 2 ponderosa pine trees out our living room window. One, where the sun rises on Dec. 21, and the other on June 21. We call it “Treehenge”. I can understand why the ancients celebrated the summer solstice.
