Go on a walk. Among the sighing of the drying corn, the rustling of the (Thankfully) dying weeds
To touch the earth with my feet.
Boo Berry and I, and sometimes,
but not always TLC.
Sometimes Terry goes with us. Not often, he is usually busy, but still sometimes.
We go many places here and there upon the farm. No work in mind, just being one with the earth.
I always take my camera—and I always look for kisses [hearts] from the earth. Because they are there. We just have to look.
Raining or not, we go. I just need to feel the earth, the sky, the air, be blessed by the sun, the moon, or the rain.
Sometimes—I have to go outside.
Your friend on a western Colorado farm,
Linda

Java Bean: “Ayyy, we haven’t gotten out for many walks the last few months. For some reason the weekends have been very busy for Mama and Dada lately. We did get to the harbor last week though, so that was nice!”
