The melt is happening F.A.S.T
With the willows and the aspens starting to wake up. Everything is about three weeks early.
This water situation is really fraught with concern this year.

Yes In a way. All our water is from Taylor Reservoir. It is managed by the Ditch company.

Right and can you have rain buckets yet to save water for gardens near your home like an herb garden or are rain barrels still not allowed?

Yea, I’ve tossed it in the scary category ~ I wish Feds & State folks in charge of “campers & hikers, etc.” would just close everything down this year. It’s not worth it. Visitors just do not understand the stakes & how bad the situation really is.

There definitely is very little snow up there. It would be nice if you had an unusually wet Spring,, but it doesn’t sound as if that’s very likely.

It is so scary Colorado is having such a water shortage. Fire is such a risk and so hard to put out when it starts.
