Sometimes, when out changing the water, I am stunned by the beauty of the earth and the sky
If one is very mindful you can feel the pulse of the earth starting to slow down
Then it gradually starts to speed up — as if the earth’s heartbeat is excited in anticipation of a wee bit of slumber.
The sky is stretching, yawning, turning in three circles,
A great big sigh, settling down into a comfy spot of rest — allowing the earth’s heartbeat to slow and then to sleep.
