I’ve been a tad stressed lately.
Actually, greatly overwhelmed at different points.
But when that starts to happen, I start to find sweet little kisses
My soul, my mind, and my energy slowly start to balance into the correct and proper place.
These sweet little heart rocks herald the change!
They are always there for me. When I need them most. I am truly blessed.

often i tend to over-focus on the negatives — of which sometimes seems overwhelming (e.g., we eventually will have to move/sell-our-house — but it is full almost to the veritable brim with, uh, stuff — how da heck are we gonna deal w/that?) — but, then again, i stop and consider … yeah i’m thrown a bit off-course by the worrisome stuff, but … ALL THE ASPECTS/THINGS/ITEMS which are not causing me to worry — that’s MOST of wha gwan in my life. sigh. thanx 4 listening …

gosh-dang, if i was 15 or maybe even 10 years younger i’d consider helping w/that. our place is NO WEAR as burdensome (if i could use that word — I KNOW you do not consider most of what you do running the place as a “burden”) as your situation. but still, (the spouse) has put in a couple+ dozen flower/plant gardens all over our mere 1+ acre, and, basically, we’re not “keeping up” with that. and there’s always the proverbial “something else”. at least i’ll play hockey with the “old people pick-up” tomorrow (“old is 45+ … yeah, hah …) –> but the 50+ pick-up is thursday and most the times i’m the only goalie who shows up, and no matter how badly i play, they’re all glad i’m there). i will try to do that as long as i can … after all, consider the inve$tment in all that equipment …
