A whole part of the trunk of the very ancient willow tree split and fell. It was planted in (about 1920) when Terry’s grandparents came to live here.
It’s huge! HUGE!!
It’s going to take us days and days to take care of everything. (We have the days, so we can do it)
It’s a sad mess. Crumpled the stock trailer and the gate, but it can all be fixed. It just takes time.
May each person reading this have delightful blessings today. You are worth it!
Your friend on a western Colorado farm,
Linda

That is an enormous branch!

It is. And a huge job. We are working on it now. We work until we get tired then stop. It’s a huge job

It’s sad when a grand old tree like that loses part of itself. Do you think the tree can be saved? Don’t overdo trying to clean up the mess quickly.

We think the rest of the tree will make it. We hope. We work it it a few hours and then we are done for the day
