I happened to look at the Eastern Horizon — there, shimmering, was Half a Rainbow!
The clouds sifting by filled my eyes, but then I looked to the North/East and SAW!!! The other end!
The longer I looked, the glittering sunlight of the rainbow droplets started to form into
Into a perfect half rainbow!
An omen of blessings! Straight from the sky!

it rained so hard here we couldn’t/didn’t see anything like that. i went to hockey later morning, and when i left at 1 p.m. “IT” was coming down so hard that i had the wipers on fast-setting (both front & rear) all the way home. as you either know or suspect, the rain did not let up … until the past hour (it is 9 a.m. now). whew !
