Peach Valley Tractor Pull

Terry took both the 503 and the 730 tractors to the Peach Valley Pull this year.  The days were cool, with a strong breeze, so sitting there watching the people drive their tractor wasn’t hard, rather pleasant, in-fact.

5 Skunks Later

The baby chicks are now 1 week old!  They have sprouted wing feathers and a few little tail feathers!

And I HOPE the skunks have moved thier home.

Big Boy

The bull is moved from pasture to pasture, as the cows become ‘ready’.  This bull is a gentle, BIG, boy weighing in around one ton.  He will stay on this place until Labor Day or a couple of weeks into September, and then moved to another pasture. Afterwards the girls will give birth to their babies in June.

Fuzzy is Shaved for the Summer

Fuzzy McDoddle (Dude) Brown looks like a totally different dog.

Toads

We are having a lovely spring full of toads!  Toads are neat creatures!  The toad that lives on our farm with us is the Great Basin Spadefoot.
