The hay is baled and sold all in one day.  Delta Elevator took every bale Terry wanted to part with the second it was baled.

In Spite of the Wedding Farming Still Must Go On

The first cutting of the summer! 

We drove to Castle Rock, Colorado on Friday and back home on Saturday after the wedding so we could take care of the crops.

Misty and Talli

Kimberly made all the costumes for her side of the family, while Ivy made all of the costumes for Cliff’s side of the family.

Misty has this wonderful ‘sling’ to carry Talli around in.  It was so comfortable that Tallin even went to sleep.

Linkin was getting tired and hot, Grandpa was willing to take her to get something cold to drink. 

The Beans are Pushing Thier Way Through the Soil

Beans push the seed cap through the soil and then open up, while corn splits the seed and pushes up the stalk.
