The hay isn’t down ANYWHERE around us, nor are there hay bales setting in the field waiting to be picked up, so this rain is wonderful!
The sky is fresh, the leaves have been washed, and the ground isn’t as thirsty as before.
And the hay isn’t down, and we don’t have grain to worry about…..
Most of the cactus had pink or yellow flowers, but this one was a great red.
What a mess!
Although the rains are good for the yard, and the hay seeds and new crop, it is hard on the sprouting corn.
This will take several days to dry out! But … I don’t have to worry about watering!
Terry had to have the irrigation water turned off, everything is just TOO wet!
