Hidden Pictures–Find the Coyote

” This guy was maybe 25 ft away and if there had been just a bit of greenery it would be invisible. A coyote might be fooled once with something and if it didn’t cost it it’s life that mistake would never be repeated”.—From TB from http://oneflyspictureplace.blogspot.com/

TB sent me over these two photo he took of a coyote. See if you can find the coyote.  I looked and looked and looked, when they want to hide, they can very well.

You can see the head in the first photograph pretty well.

Have fun!

Linda

  1. Yes I can see them. More important…some excellent photography. this makes me wonder how many times we walk by these guys and never see them. We’ll just have to improve our ability to smell.

  2. Thanks Linda, that made me feel better. I really strained my eyes a couple of days ago trying to find coyotes in your pictures. I can never see a snake or a lizard, either, until they wander across the toe of my shoe maybe. And that’s even when the snake is black with bright yellow stripes.

  4. We see coyotes around Continental Divide every once in awhile. The Navajo believe if they cross your path in a certain way they are foretelling a death of someone in your life. There are lots of coyote stories too. This is wonderful. Ethel saw the coyote right away. I had a lot more trouble making it out. Great post, Linda.

  6. Didn’t have too much trouble finding him in the first photo, but am not sure about the second one. Sure had fun looking, tho! Really great photos.
    Blessings!

  7. I saw him right away in the first photo. Never did in second. I wonder if, as humans, we seek out/locate faces in all creatures and see them more clearly when we can see a face?
