Sometimes the sky is amazingly beautiful…well it is always beautiful and perfect within itself, but sometimes it’s so pretty it takes my breath away.
Gradually the world started to get a rosy shade to it
The corn stalks even took on the pink hue
Then the sky
Blazing with color
Until I felt like I was surrounded
With flames of gold and orange
I stayed outside the whole time the sun was setting
Which happens fast this time of year!
I just had to share with you…sometimes the sky really does speak!

These photos are beautiful. This sunset reminds me of the sunsets that I would see when I lived on Guam while I was in the U.S. Navy. Your photo through the tree branches is artistic with interesting forms and patterns. It’s a contest winner 🙂

Magnificent sunset indeed. I have to agree with “Kentcourtney” re: Sunsets at Guam and for that matter the ones you witness on many of the islands of the Pacific. They are breathtakingly
beautiful – Bali, Hawaii (Waikiki Beach) etc.
A photographers paradise – ha ha.

The best part of working in the field is the sunsets. Cant get enough of them!! This week we put in extra long days to make up for the days we wont be working so I even got in some sunrises. Thru some half open eyes tho!! lol

Oh my gosh! Not for the beautiful pictures but because I got excited because it is Friday and couldn’t wait to see what Fuzzy and Boomer were up to. Imagine my surprise when the realization that ummm, just because I am off work does not magically make it Friday. HA! Spectacular photos, Linda!
