I’m sure angels are in charge of painting the sky.  Although, there are those who would argue with me

Telling me the Angels have much better things to do than to sit around coloring the clouds and the air around the earth

That they have all the problems of mankind to deal with; are the messengers from God to us and in lots of cases our personal guardians.

So maybe they don’t.  Maybe it’s some totally scientific thing, which explains in complete and fascinating logic, how the sun lights up the clouds at either the beginning or the ending of a day…

It really doesn’t matter to me…for between the logic and the thought…between one heartbeat and the next…in that tiny space between….I like to think there is a place for spirit to reside with the sensible.

  1. I think you may be right. After all, don’t lots of adults spend time with colouring books these days? I’m sure people would say they had better things to do as well, but hey, angels need a little fun too, surely?

I’ve never been exactly sure what angels actually do (in spite of a Catholic grade school education) but painting the sky sounds like a pretty good way to spend their time — they’ve obviously had lots of practice and are true artists. At least when it comes to painting tthe Colorado sky you see! Beautiful photos of their work ;>)
