“I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.”–John Burroughs
On a wee walk-about, in the dark of the early morning, with the sounds of two fox talking close, somewhere close
I once more fell in love with the light of the beautiful, wonderous moon.
The moon and the starlight created a dream world of glitter and ice. A vision in the midst of the heavy clouds at the edge of the western sky
caught in the net of resting branches of the very old trees.
From my world to your heart,
Linda

I saw the moon shaded by clouds last night but they are thicker tonight so not sure if I’ll see the eclipse here but will try. We were drowning this weekend trying to move my daughter but right now it’s better than snow and ice. I was happy to see the river full. Thanks for sharing the photos I can’t get here. π

Charlee: “We like early mornings, too. They’re a good time to run around the house like a lunatic.”
Chaplin: “Also good for meowing outside bedroom doors.”
Charlee: “We don’t get to go out and walk under the moon and stars though.”
Chaplin: “But we can look at them through the windows, at least!”
