A great big very cold wind came up the other day
Bringing to us later that night
A frozen world of extremely cold temperatures
Although, not much snow.
And the nasty biting wind
there is a promise of a wee melt soon

Cold, icy winds are worse than snow storms, in my opiion. It would be nice if you could get a nice snowfall, especially in the mountains where your water comes from.

Our cold started in November, which is unusual for us, and our rain started in December. Twice already our mountains and high deserts have seen legitimate snow! Here’s hoping your icy freeze provides plenty of water for the coming year.
